One of the most famous foods in Japan, is the fried noodles known as Yakisoba (焼きそば).


Yakisoba recently bought in a stand of a matsuri, traditional Japanese festival.

They are usually made from wheat flour, and when cooking is mixed with other ingredients like meat, vegetables like onion, cabbage, carrots, and even fried eggs. Everything is mixed with a sauce and usually served with a little red ginger.

The Yakisoba is one of the typical dishes you can find in stands of traditional festivals, but of course it can be found in many restaurants, and prepared as bento in supermarkets or convenience stores, and as part of other type of food as to style sandwich in a bread bun.
